Azure Managed Prometheus Now Supports Horizontal Pod Autoscaling in AKS

Azure Monitor’s managed service for Prometheus has introduced support for Horizontal Pod Autoscaling (HPA) for the ama-metrics replica set pod by default. This enhancement allows the ama-metrics pod, responsible for scraping Prometheus metrics via custom jobs, to dynamically adjust its replica count based on observed metrics, thereby optimizing resource utilization and performance.
