Schema migration for Azure SQL DB

Azure Database Migration Services (DMS) now allows for schema migration when migrating to Azure SQL DB from the Azure Portal. When enabling schema migration during the configuration of SQL migration, it enables the migration of schema objects such as schemas, tables, stored procedures, indexes, views, synonyms, and DDL triggers to the target Azure SQL DB along with the data migration. To utilize schema migration, SHIR version 5.34 and above must be installed and registered with DMS services. This feature is currently accessible in DMS via the Azure Portal. To learn more about DMS and schema migration, visit the DMS overview page.
